Captain Travis in on the water just about every day of the week and does his best to take you to the place the bite is the best.
You do not need to be an expert. Plenty of my past guest have never been fishing before. I will provide instruction and help for you. Remember this is your day. I will do all I can to insure that you have a memorable day and help you catch the fish we are after.
I suggest you dress for the conditions. Even in the summer, a light jacket feels good in the early morning or during a rain shower. A hat, polarized sunglasses, sun-tan lotion and a camera are always useful to have with you. I will have a cooler with ice for any food and drinks that you bring along. I will provide all the rods, reels, and lures that we will need, if you have your own equipment and would like to bring it, that is fine. I suggest light weight spinning reels with 8-10 lb test line and a 20 lb test shock leader.
That all depends on the time of year and what we are fishing for. I’ll have all the bait we will need.
No, My Saltwater Captains license is all that you need to fish with me.
