Captain Travis Tanner grew up fishing the flats of the Indian River, Mosquito Lagoon and the Banana River, he’s been fishing these waters for over 20 years and he knows where the fish are. All you need to bring is yourself and whatever food and drinks you want; Capt Travis will provide everything else. Feel free to bring your own rod and reel if you like, just make sure you have plenty of fresh 8 to 10 pound test line with a good shock leader attached. And whatever else you bring, make sure you don’t forget to bring your camera. When you catch some of these Giant Redfish or Gator Trout you’ll want to take plenty of pictures to last a lifetime!

Mosquito Lagoon Fishing Rates are per boat. Each boat can accommodate 2 fishermen. If you have a large party and need multiple boats we can handle that.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I will do everything I can to help you hook up and catch fish, but I cannot guarantee that you will catch fish. I will guarantee, that I will do everything I can to get you an opportunity to catch fish and have a memorable time doing it.
We will fish the inshore waters of the Indian River, Mosquito Lagoon or Banana River. You will be notified of the exact meeting time and place a day or two before your charter. Captain Travis in on the water just about every day of the week and does his best to take you to the place the bite is the best.
You do not need to be an expert. Plenty of my past guest have never been fishing before. I will provide instruction and help for you. Remember this is your day. I will do all I can to insure that you have a memorable day and help you catch the fish we are after.
I suggest you dress for the conditions. Even in the summer, a light jacket feels good in the early morning or during a rain shower. A hat, polarized sunglasses, sun-tan lotion and a camera are always useful to have with you. I will have a cooler with ice for any food and drinks that you bring along. I will provide all the rods, reels, and lures that we will need, if you have your own equipment and would like to bring it, that is fine. I suggest light weight spinning reels with 8-10 lb test line and a 20 lb test shock leader.
